Every piece begins with a conversation. Here is how we work.

Beginning
the process
Share your ideas with us — drawings, images, or simply a wish list. We take a collaborative approach from the first conversation.
Book a consultation02
Choosing
materials
We identify gemstones, metals, and settings that match your vision and budget. Australian sapphires, salt and pepper diamonds, opals — we work with what is right for you.

Design
We provide a sketch for your approval. Once confirmed, we take a 40% deposit and begin the build. Behind-the-scenes footage is available throughout.

The build
Handmade in Melbourne. Four to nine weeks depending on complexity.

Completion
We contact you to arrange a final fitting. Once you are satisfied, we take the final payment and present the piece with care instructions and insurance advice.
Complimentary resizing included.

Remote
clients
We work with clients across Australia, New Zealand, and overseas. Photographs, video, and sketches at every stage. Delivered by DHL.
